Internship Opportunities
We are seeking motivated, strong English-speaking (C1+) interns across five key areas. All positions are fully remote online internships open to university students globally. Some summer internship roles are also open to high school students aged 16–19.
Marketing, SEO & Communications Intern
Drive brand awareness, grow our online presence, and help tell the AGA story across digital platforms worldwide.
- Help execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Write and optimise content for landing pages, newsletters, and social media
- Develop and monitor SEO strategies and keyword plans
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track performance
- Support A/B testing and campaign reporting
- Identify potential partners, blogs, and influencer allies
Graphic Design & Social Media Intern
Create the visuals that bring Allbright Global Academy to life — from social content and infographics to branded campaign materials.
- Design graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns
- Create branded materials: brochures, flyers, presentations, and banners
- Help manage and grow AGA's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence
- Brainstorm and execute social media content strategies
- Ensure visual consistency across all AGA channels and materials
- Video editing and GIF creation a plus
Research & Education Programme Intern
Support the academic heart of AGA — researching global education trends, helping develop programme content, and contributing to curriculum planning.
- Research global education best practices and emerging trends
- Help organise and develop programme content and learning resources
- Assist in creating educational materials suited to diverse global audiences
- Analyse programme outcomes and prepare summaries for leadership
- Support course and workshop development across AGA programmes
Community Outreach, Student Clubs & Recruitment Intern
Build AGA's community from the outside in — recruiting students, organising clubs, finding partners, and connecting us with inspiring guest speakers.
- Coordinate AGA's Model UN, Business, and Social Entrepreneurship clubs
- Recruit and onboard student members globally
- Identify and reach out to potential partner schools and organisations
- Source, vet, and help coordinate guest speakers for AGA programmes
- Maintain an outreach database and report on recruitment pipeline
- Support start-up and social entrepreneurship programme logistics
Consumer Behaviour & Learning Experience Intern
A unique hybrid role blending consumer psychology, metacognition research, and visual communication — designed to deepen AGA's understanding of its students whilst building your academic portfolio.
- Interview prospective students to map enrolment decision journeys
- Analyse psychological triggers that drive trust and commitment in education choices
- Build behavioural personas for AGA's key student segments
- Apply metacognition frameworks to evaluate how AGA onboards new learners
- Audit AGA's messaging and content through a consumer psychology lens
- Design infographics and visual reports to present research findings
